"Torin and Jack were so easy to work with, and they did an excellent job with our basement. It?s clear that Torin is very passionate about his company and the work that they do. We had to re-finish our basement after a pipe burst, and Torin made it easy to meet the requirements of our insurance agency. He provided all of the paperwork we needed in a timely manner, and was able to recreate our previous setup to the satisfaction of the insurance company. We also appreciated Torin and Jack?s flexibility with our schedule. They were very communicative and always let us know when they had openings ahead of our scheduled sessions so that we could continue to make progress on the build. We felt very comfortable with them in our home so often had them come while we were at work. Torin was very easy to work with and we highly recommend his company and will be using them again for future projects. Bonus - Torin and Jack both like dogs, and were super sweet to our pup! "My pressure treated deck needed replacement. I got 3 bids which I was considering but was told by a friend to check out Remodel or Renew. Mike Christopher, the Owner, came and asked me what was the main thing I was concerned about. I told him that I was looking for quality workmanship with top of the line Trex composite wood that wouldnâ  t require a lot of maintenance. He sat down with his IPad and designed exactly what I wanted. The design he made was like an actual picture of the finished product and the price was great which included the removal and disposal of the former deck. This is the first time Iâ  ve EVER reviewed a business that has done work on our home. They deserve it! First, their builders worked long hours and I observed them as they made sure every step was done with precise measurements and the finished product showed just what I observed. Unbelievably sturdy, they didnâ  t cut corners to save time and it was absolutely beautiful. Also what I consider a huge factor is the Warranties on the work and material. A 25 year Warranty that covers scratching and fading of the Trex flooring and railings. UNBELIEVABLE! Lastly, they left the work area cleaner than before they started and Mike the Owner answered my calls or texts every time I had a question either immediately or responded within 15 minutes. All I can say about Remodel or Renew is if you give them a chance to bid on your project you will be happy and even happier if you hire them and see for yourself what I have just told you!
