I was kept informed at every level; who and when subcontractors were coming to my home, their assigned tasks, when supplies would be delivered and product delays. On the rare days they did not come to work on the deck, I was always informed in advance and why. Storms and product availability impacted the work schedule. As much as Comfort Homes has earned a stellar review for the work they did on our deck, I am hesitant to post the company review for fear they may become even more in demand and too busy to squeeze us in for future projects."
