"We originally hired them to do some sheetrock work and replace a shower. While working, we asked them to bid a few other things that we were going to do ourselves. But their prices were so good we kept extending out the scope. By the time we were all done, they had updated all the bathrooms, replaced the kitchen, put in all new flooring, and replaced a lot of electrical. This was all done via text updates while we were on vacation, as it all had to be done before school started. Patrick kept us informed the entire time, offered lots of suggestions, and didn't get frazzled while we purchased things remotely from home depot.
