He replaced our pool pump and gave us options and pros & cons for each. We had a leak a week later and he came right out and fixed it (a pipe just needed to be tightened). "This is the second time I've used Michael in conjunction with two bathroom remodels. He did all of the plumbing on the first remodel. The GC did not use Michael for the second remodel. However, when I had a leak issue with one of the faucets the GC sent Michael out to fix it. Michael did a great job in both instances. While Michael was here fixing the leak I asked him to install a new kitchen faucet and his quote was very reasonable. He's very personable and knowledgeable. I will hire Michael again when I'm in need of any plumbing work."

"I've never worked with a contractor that was as good with communication as P&A. One of the associates is the owner's wife, Katie, who maintains the email communications. I once sent an email indicating an issue and I got a call back within 5 minutes. Of course they can't always be that fast, but the average response was very quick. One of the components of our job ended up being less expensive than expected, so we actually paid less than the bid price. The owner did not need to pass the savings on to us, but that is the kind of guy he is. One of the tiles cracked the day after the install was finished. P&A had it repaired within 48 hours at no cost."
