"Two days before Thanksgiving I smell gas, call the gas company, they came and removed the meter because there was a crack in the gas line, I call this company they came out and after reviewing the situation ,cost, was very expensive I decided to get a second opinion and that's when Mr Ruben comes in, he was one of the plumbers I call from Angie's list, I called him immediately ,( the same day ) he came out about 3 hours later, and he quoted me a third of the price for the same situation. He did the work the same evening, and after running a gas test everything appeared to be fine and now I'm waiting for the city to come back out to bring me my meter, just in time for Thanksgiving holiday. Ruben not only solved my problem he was very detailed, professional, reasonable, and genuinely concerned that my meter be replaced before the next day, which was Thanksgiving, his work was knowledgeable, efficient ,fast, pride himself on his work , he went straight to the problem and the problem was solved , definitely a master of his trade, takeing pride in his work.
