"Fixed my freezer door. John was fantastic. He called me quickly after I requested help and came the same day after he finished another project. The hardware on my freezer door that springs it close if I don't manually make sure it is closed were bent, preventing it from closing, and he quickly figured out why and removed them so I could use it immediately. Since a part needed to be ordered to put the closure back on, he offered a discounted price to install it at a later time. Great personality and very professional. I will definitely call him again for other projects."
