I had to shut off all the water to the house until it was fixed, so I really appreciate his promptness. Also, after he left the water wasn't coming out of our faucet normally. I guess the faucet got something stuck in it from shutting the water off and then on. I contacted Tyler, and he came back within a half hour and took care of it for us. What great service. Other companies told me I needed to replace the entire drain assembly—a very expensive job. Michael came out, diagnosed the issue correctly, and realized it just needed a new gasket. He fixed the leak quickly and saved me a significant amount of money by not trying to upsell me on a huge repair I didn't need. It’s hard to find an honest plumber who looks out for the customer's best interest, but Michael is the real deal."
