"Highly recommended! Very honest and professional business. Our washer had multiple parts needed to be replaced. Michael spent several hours in ordering the initial parts and the installation. After he found out that there was one more component broken, we decided not to repair the washer because the total cost would be more than a new washer. He refunded our initial payment in order to honor their company's policy: If they couldn't fix the problem, they wouldn't charge the customer. We were thankful for having worked with Mr. Appliance."

"Mr Wilson was prompt with addressing the fact I had a home emergency. My washing machine was not performing - it would not spin to expel water. Mr Wilson explained what exactly was wrong with the machine - which is at least 20yrs old - and he was able to fix it in an hour. He is pleasant and polite, and it will call him in the future !
