Told us what we needed to do to fix the issue, how to save ourselves some money, and even where to find great looking and affordable replacement materials. Tremendously helpful stepping us through buying the supplies as well (despite us being total novices). When the install proved to be more complicated than he quoted, he didn’t flinch and came through like a champ. Impeccable attention to detail, and hands down one of the friendliest and fairest people we’ve ever dealt with. A lot of contractors will turn on the “sales pitch” voice, tell you want to hear, and not follow through. Not Brian. He’s the real deal. Level headed, honest, and trustworthy. The grout is barely even dry on our first job with him, and we’re already putting the wheels in motion for the next one. Could not be happier. Do yourself a favor and contact him!
