"Mr. Farabelli was very pleasant and did a good job tracing my gas line to the spot that it needed to be capped. He said he does gas fireplaces, and I plan to hire him for that, too."

"Beyond professional and I will he using them for all future needs. They were prompt and understood my situation which was an emergency. (hot water heater broke and was without hot water for 3 days dealing with Rheem warranty). Rheem wanted me to unhook the broken unit and return it to home Depot to get a refund. Phil was awesome and did that all for me. Got the new tank and had it installed super fast. Everyone from Phil to the person I spoke with on the phone was great and understanding of my situation. I talked with them late Tuesday and had the new tank installed early afternoon Wednesday. Price was beyond fair. Like I said we will def be using them for all future work."
