He came on a Saturday and gave me a totally reasonable quote on decommissioning an old gas boiler, connecting a drain pipe, removing the associated piping in the basement and all the radiators throughout the house due to a Heat Pump conversion. He came back with his team the next day on time and they immediately went to work. They were efficient and did their best to keep the mess to a minimum.
