On a Sunday he came and wrote out an on the spot estimate. Monday he came and picked up the check for materials. Tuesday he and his assistant came to shore up the existing deck, replace railings, and install a step. John was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any and all of my questions. Jack was wonderful. The job I had was routine Preventive maintenance. Jack gave the door a complete safety check and did find a few items that needed attention.
