"We hired Brett Richards to replace our too small chimney cap with a larger one that would cover all 3 flues not just the largest one. He responded quickly to our call to come and give an estimate. We chose to hire him. He was on time, on price and diligent in his work habits. He was also knowledgeable and personable. We would hire him again for any future work in his areas of expertise."

"Fantastic company, Anthony and his helper are the best. Nobody knows the business better or preforms the work more thoroughly and professional, I had them come in and install a stainless steel liner after getting an estimate from another company. He made it feel like good old fashioned customer service A+."

Chimney sweerp/repair
"I had a very positive experience with Ultimate Chimney Sweep. Our job original request was simply for an inspection prior to using our fireplace for the season. The technician who arrived was very professional, knowledgeable, and able to answer all of my questions. During the inspection a problem was discovered with our furnace exhaust flue which required us to unexpectedly need a flue liner. The technician was forthcoming about all related issues around safety issues around the broken flue and costs associated with installing the new liner. He took photos and assisted me with actually going onto our roof to see the actual broken flue. We scheduled the flue liner install for a few weeks later. The crew that arrived for the flue install were on time and some of the hardest working I've seen. Our flue is described as "funky" and it was not an easy job getting the flue liner into place. The crew had to install a clean out door and actually remove some exterior chimney bricks to install the flue. The installer fixed impacted masonry in our garage and chimney before leaving and did a great overall job. I highly recommend Ultimate Chimney Sweep."

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
