Sent someone out a few hours later who actually arrived earlier than the scheduled time which has rarely been my experience working with any sort of pro. He provided a quote, we asked him when could he start and he said "right now". A couple of hours later the garage door worked better than it did before and he did it without having to replace the door. So we submitted the request at 1:10pm and had a good as new garage door by 7:30pm. I don't think it can get any better than that."
