Sean was the sales rep and Manuel was the technician who installed the door and opener. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I was in the process of getting estimates and one thing that stood out about AG Smart Garage is they had someone come out and evaluate the current door and its condition. Apparently, this is not the case with all Garage Door companies. I had been evaluating another place that did everything over the phone and would send techs out at the time of installation. While this sounds convenient and easy, I felt the in-person touch was more important, and I wasn't interested in being upsold by technicians on the day of the installation. Sean worked with me on the price and explained everything about the process. Manuel came out a few days later and installed the door and opener in around 4 hours. He took pictures of the before and after and walked my wife and I through how to use the opener and also how to set up the wireless connection for it. Great guys.

Since my door was stuck open they came out in a fairly timely manner I was out of town when they did the install and updated me with a photo Workmanship is good Would recommend them to anyone
