Mr. Douglas is very meticulous with his work which is greatly appreciated. My storm now closes and we are able to secure the door. I will be calling Mr. Douglas again to come out to my grandmothers home for her door very soon. Mr. Douglas saw that the ramp on the front of my home was not completely up at the front door. He came out within a day or so to survey the job and provided a reasonable and affordable quote. The start date was within a reasonable time. His workers were accommodating to my tenant's and my schedule and with showing/explaining to me the process of what they were doing. Vincent was a jewel in his work ethic.
