He took numerous photos, which he shared with us, detailing problems he noted: While there he noticed not only wind damage , but also that prior repairs had been done shoddily, leaving our roof and our home at risk of a leak and resultant damage. "We just got our roof replaced with 5 Star. We had a great experience. Matt came out, looked at our roof, and identified damaged. I opened a claim with my insurance company. Matt and the insurance company worked together to get coverage. I only had to click a few buttons and wait. Matt came by to get a deposit and then final payment once the roof was complete. Our roof was completed ahead of schedule and it only took six hours. The installers were professional and efficient. I hope they liked the Gatorade my daughter brought to them. The roof looks great.
