"The service provider arrived on time and did not waste a minute while he installed my new garbage disposal. He was friendly, courteous, and knew what he was doing. He was aware of the reliability of different products and helped me determine which disposal would best meet my needs. He cleaned up after the work was done. I would definitely ask him (Tier 1) to complete any project around my house. I live alone and feel great confidence knowing there is someone on whom I can rely if something goes wrong around my house. Charge for service is also reasonable."

"Gotta guy deals in honesty and integrity, they aren't interested in overcharging or recommending services we don't need. We hired them to instal a tankless water heater and it has run perfectly since. We have also had our kitchen backslash installed by them. We were impressed by thier stright forward and exemplary service and they will be the first ones we call for any future projects."

"I received a call within 5 min of requesting a quote, and this was at 9PM on a Sunday!! He came out the next day to survey the work and scheduled it at a good time for me. The work performed was excellent. The service tech was very professional and hard working. Very pleased with this company."
