Rocco was excellent to work with. He was very clear in his communication about schedule, materials, etc and helped tremendously in the design of the project. The only issue we had was discovered after the project had been complete for a few months, when the rains returned. The drainage outlet was too close in elevation to the patio drains, and water was pooling on the patio. A quick call with Rocco got that fixed quickly. Amit and Josef recommended aluminum framing with insulated roof panels, which ultimately proved to be a perfect solution. The structure measures nearly 40 feet and is securely tied directly to the side wall of our home. They use thick posts and spaced them out for visibility while still blocking enough noise. Every seam was sealed tight. You can tell this wasn?t a light job?they brought the right crew and gear. I?d hire them again for any large patio construction project."
