They explained all aspects of the work, answered all my questions, and were on time and completed the job to my satisfaction 100%. The job involved removing the carpeting in the master bedroom, center stair case, and second floor hallway. A solid wood 2-1/4" hardwood was installed to perfection. The hardwood was installed on the steps of the staircase. It is so beautiful, I cancelled the carpet runner installation, and am leaving the staircase boast its beauty created by Floor Essence! "Rocky crushed every step of our nightmare. Two days before family and friends come to town for our baby shower, our water heater decided to dump water into our basement. Thankfully we noticed in time, called and in less than two hours Rocky and Justice were at our doorstep. They assed the situation and Rocky explained all our options in a professional manner. He asked in-depth questions to make sure our new tank would meet our requirements. They were able to make some calls and an hour later they were in my basement again swapping out the old for the new, rehung piping and adjusted the gas line.
