He is one amazing professional contractor."

"Mr. Terry was awesome! This is my first review I am writing. I felt I needed to write something as his work was so outstanding. He repaired 16 windows and did it beautifully. Marvin's quoted over $40K!! He was able to do what was needed for much much less. He was honest, professional, meticulous, extremely knowledgeable and kind. Miles above the window brand quotes which are ridiculous. Would strongly recommend if you need any window repairs!!!"

"The contractor worked with us to start and finish the first part of the job on a Friday we were scheduled to travel out of town. They did what we needed done and cleaned up so we could leave when we needed to. They returned at a time that worked for our schedule to complete the job. They did a thorough job, cleaned up a they went, and left the room of the house in excellent condition. I would hire them again to work on our house, and would recommend them to others."

"We had an unusual project - repacing the polycarbonate roof of a sunroom whose manufacturer was no longer in business. The Sullivans did a lot of research to identify and find the needed parts. The installation was onas scheduled, went smootly and we have had no leaks or any other problems with the work."
