Our new luxury condo development required roads that could withstand regular and consistent traffic but also needed to be done under a strict deadline. They protected us from potholes that had existed on the roads and created everything within our budget as well as our timeline. While not everyone instantly notices a road when it is pristine and driving on it is smooth, they certainly notice that road when there are problems.
