"Liman (Alushi Enterprise) is an exceptional contractor. We have worked on three large projects together in my home. He can transform any space on a budget. He is reliable, creative, vastly experienced (he's been in the business since he was a boy), capable (he can literally make or do anything), easy to work with (communicative, kind), and he keeps his prices reasonable even if you make small changes or additions to the plan. I had a vague idea to turn my ratty lawn into a designed garden with a fountain and bluestone slabs in an octagon pattern--Done! I had a half-built porch I never used because of the mosquitoes that I wanted to turn into a screened in porch--Done! I had an ugly basement full of junk that I wanted to turn into guest quarters--Done! Everyone who comes to the house admires Liman's work and most of all, my kids and I enjoy it every day. Liman is now renovating an entire rental apartment on the second floor of my home and it's going great. Liman is organized and schedules his time well, and he fulfills his promises.
