Leading out to our sun room, we had an old slider door that we wanted to replace with new glass french doors and Colton did an outstanding job! Our older home created some challenges due to the custom sized door opening, but Colton went above and beyond to make it look great! He even took the time to create a custom threshold that transitioned the floor from tile to carpet! They cleaned up the site very well once the job was done and even vacuumed out our garage which he used as a work area. I would HIGHLY recommend Smith Remodel and Construction! "We had Scott and team repair our concrete front stairs and install a handrail. We also had them install new baseboards and trim throughout our home along with new kitchen backsplash and a wood breakfast bar. We are so happy and pleased with the quality of the work and how it all turned out. Scott is very communicative and always quick to respond to any questions. We originally were scheduled for work to begin in December or January but when he found out we are expecting our first child in February he took it upon himself to speak to other project owners and was able to get us moved up to October.
