He was very thorough in his explanation of the problems and water heater systems. "WOW! Perry and his team were the best! From the walkaround to find the needed repair issues to the follow-up on the 2 small items that we forgot to check until the final walkaround. They estimated a week and were done in 5 days and came back 2 days later to handle the 2 items. They replaced and painted rotting wood around the outside of our home, extended all our gutters into the pipes in the ground, removed all the under deck lattice work trim and replaced it with a much better solution that included a great sliding door to gain access if needed in the future and caulked a high-up window that had developed a minor leak. You will not find - IMO - a better team for almost any kind of construction work on your home."
