"Mark is very easy to communicate with, up front and clear about what a project needs in order to get done right, and delivers as-promised. He responded promptly to our needs, was on-site to give us a quote on our roof repair right on schedule, and his team arrived to do the work exactly when he said they would. When it became clear that doing the job right would involve a lot more than either of us initially expected, he quickly provided a revised quote and his team spent the full day -- much longer than they expected to be on site when the day started! -- ensuring the project got done. The new roof looks spectacular. We will definitely be reaching out to Mark for future projects!"

"Chris Walsh and his crew were hired to upgrade and enhance our failing wooden deck and railings. They did a masterful job with great attention to detail and impressive problem solving ability. One particular aspect of dealing with Boston Realty Development was how professional Chris is at communicating with from setting up the initial visit, the proposal itself, adjusting to my ever-changing preferences. Chris is a most knowledgeable pro who I would heartily recommend for any job in his area! You will not be sorry."
