We kept the old 1912 doors the Plumbing was reworked to the bathroom the stairs reworked again. The floors in the living room were done. Electrical was done at the at every room. The kitchen was fully rebuilt. A wall was removed in the kitchen and a beam was put in. It was beam work done in the basement. Electrical work in the basementhim and I had discussed time limits and price all were agreed upon his time limits were were kept within reason and when the job was finished and during the job, it was many times of review of things that were done minor changes that were done that were approved.
