During pre-installation logistics and the day of installation, Bruce and his crew were on-time, courteous and professional. Their work demonstrated the benefits of hiring a fully credentialed company, skilled and experienced at their craft. They completed their work in one very long day so that I could avoid a night without heat during a stretch of very cold January days. I trust Williams & Assoc. and would hire them for additional work in my home as needed"

"I had a new 80 gal electric water heater and a new kitchen faucet installed last week by RooterMan. John and Andrew the plumbing technicians who did the work were professional, courteous, and most importantly they treated my home and surroundings as if it were their own and cleaned up after installation . I highly recommend them for plumbing services and would use them again. A little pricey but I received other estimates and they were in the same price range. A"
