"The Leiningers did a fantastic job through the whole process - quoting, scheduling, refinishing, wrapping up. I have been working on a farmhouse with 110+ year old pine floors which had been covered with nasty carpet for at least 30 years. There were spots of pet urine through the carpet and other penetrating stains. The kitchen had four different layers of sheet/adhesive tile flooring which I did my best to remove (much of the paper backing on the first layer remained) and underneath all that the floor had previously been painted red. All this and the poor condtion of the cellar and crawl space and no A/C for years led to a lot of trapped humidity. The edges of the floorboards were curling a bit. I wish I could attach pictures of the beautifu results of their work. I am positively thrilled with the results. The floors are better than new because even though they are beautiful, vibrant and smooth, they still retain the character of this 110+ year old house and all it has seen. I highly recommend them."
