Our water bill that arrived that day was over $700. I opened the hatch to our crawl space and there was an inch of standing water. I sent 8 emails to 8 plumbers on yelp and got one response. That response was their fee schedule. A friend recommended Armando. We contacted him at 10pm and he said he would be by at 8am the next morning. He arrived on time and got to work. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job.
