"We recently finished a major home addition with LKS Construction, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Communication throughout the project was great. Anytime there were delays due to weather, materials, or inspections, Luiz explained what was going on and kept us in the loop. The quality of the work is excellent — they really know what they’re doing, and it shows in the finished product. The project did take alot longer than originally estimated, but it started in the winter and there were a few unavoidable delays along the way. Even so, the company handled challenges extremely well. They were especially impressive when problem-solving issues with subcontractors and working through some unexpected engineering challenges. Pricing was very fair compared to other contractors we spoke with, and we felt the costs were honest and reasonable for the quality of work delivered. We would absolutely recommend LKS Construction to others, and we plan to use them again."
