"Brian and the guys were at our house yesterday to top and prune 5 trees and remove another. First, they arrived in the 1-hour window of time that I was given, which is unheard of, especially since ours was their 3rd job of the day. Brian has a wonderful easy-going personality and didn't try to rush us into making quick decisions when some questions arose about the extent of pruning for a few of the trees.
