When we started designing the fence including what it would look like, the materials we would use, and how long they estimated it would take, I could tell they were listening to me. Nicholas helped me understand what could be built within the budget I was wiling to commit. Customer service included constant communication throughout the build, including letting me know when the team was going to start, as well as giving me an end-of-day synopsis of what had been accomplished and what was left to do. At the end of the project, we had a walk through where I could point out anything that I thought needed to be redone. Nothing needed to be redone because throughout, Nick and his team were (1) self-checking their work and (2) listening to my concerns and addressing them on-the-spot.
