"We discovered a 2'x10' band of improperly laid bricks between the first and second floor of our house that had been covered up for 9 years by an external balcony support structure. The wall needed immediate repair in order for another contractor to continue with the replacement balcony. We placed a call to Service Magic and had numerous responses within a few hours. DFW Brick Repair was working another job in our area and came over to estimate the job that same evening. The repair work was started one day later. Because of their quick response and quality work, we only had to delay the reconstruction of our balcony by 3 days"
