"As a homeowner, I am reluctantly apprehensive because of circumstances beyond my control to do work where a contractor has to be hired. I have a delicate situation, I am a very cooperative understanding person, but life sometime gives us lemon/and uncooperative neighbors. I needed a construction worker not only to do the job-but be extremely tactful and patient enough to deal head-on with some of the most inconsiderate property owner known to man (my neighbor). This is exactly what I found with the owner/operator of Continental Construction. Not only did they do an outstanding job, they were tactful in dealing with rude, obnoxious callous neighbors. I would highly recommend this company and crew. John & Wilmar are not only good construction guys, they truly feel for their client, which speaks volumes for a homeowner. In conclusion; John, Wilmar have not only the physical tools to destroy and build, they also have the compassion which in my book a purely needed factor. "Responded promptly to home advisor inquiry. Discovered a small hole in roof while in attic. They came out an repaired quickly for a reasonable price. Took photos before and after to show what they did. Noticed broken gutters (I was aware of this issue, but had forgotten about it). Offered to repair those and I accepted. One was loose the other dislodged from snow and ice last winter. Repaired/replaced as needed-again reasonable price and they were already here! Very friendly, great customer service."
