John told us the expense to replace the pipe which was the only solution for his company. I told him that this pipe had been working for 20 years and then he showed us a DIY solution to the problem and then tested it out for us and showed that it would work that way. So we paid him the $70 initial visit fee and was very glad for his expertise."
