"I discussed project (chimney flue/crown issue) with Shane, whom I felt very comfortable with. He explained the work to be done and provided Proof of Insurance and Licensing at the time of the Estimate/Quote. The Crew (Sean and Ramon) who did the work on my chimney were professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a VERY HOT day, and the crew worked through the heat and did the job as it was discussed and agreed. Also, there was no surprises; the price was the price. I would be comfortable hiring them again. Bill H."
