I feel more secure after my experience with him--a computer/printer issue and a sign in/password issue- and would recommend him to everyone. I plan to have a New Year's Eve drink in his honor. "I had a Lenovo computer that had a bad charging jack, and got it picked up by Priority 1 at my house. i knew from watching a You Tube video that my computer was particularly difficult as regards to this matter as the entire thing had to be taken apart. While it was apart, I asked Rick to install a new SSD, and let me tell you, not only did they do a fantastic job of repairing the jack, they also took all the time they needed to make sure the computer ran smoothly with no issues, and this thing runs like greased lightning!
