"Doug was extremely prompt, courteous, and professional. I have a 1984-built tudor mansion that had major sagging in the roof under the skylights in my family room. I had been ignoring this problem for years out of concern for cost (and fact it wasn't yet leaking), but the time had come to where I could no longer ignore it. Doug gave me an extremely competitive quote for the repair-- for replacing the entire side of the family room roof including: tear off, wood sheet replacement, new shingles, new flashing, 2 new skylights, and other adjustments, it was just over 3k!!! The job was completed in one day and looks phenomenal--workers were all very professional and took pride in their work. They were even very sweet and patient with my chatty 9-year old son who felt the need to ask the "roof people" about everything they were doing. Doug even threw in some freebies: he replaced the gutter-guards on the gutters adjoining that side of the roof because they were all bent out of shape, and he discounted our final payment because we referred him to a bunch of friends who were over that day and were impressed by the roof work. And we just had a torrential downpour yesterday and the roof and skylights don't leak one bit! I will definitely be calling Doug and his company for any future roof work we need. Outstanding customer service, very competitive price, and high quality craftsmanship--a trifecta of awesome when it comes to spending money on things we don't want to like roof repairs!"
