"The installer, Dominnick, was the kindest, most professional, service person I have EVER dealt with!! My house is old. I've had to get MANY upgrades recently. My Dad died recently. I've had to deal with day-to-day life while grieving. I explained this to the young lady who initially answered the phone. Do you know that Hart's sent me sympathy flowers!!!!! Wow!!! I cried tears of joy from the beginning to end of my interactions with them. They go BEYOND a business transaction. Hart's is a company with a Heart!!! Human focused. Not just transactional. "The electrician that came to evaluate and determine what was needed for the project was exceptional. Connor provide me with an estimate for an upgrade and installation from my old fluorescent fixtures to more efficient LED lighting. He also checked on the safety of my electrical system. He found an outlet near my washing machine that should have been a GFCI outlet, and a few breakers in my panel that should have been bridged together. Outside of his knowledge and, as I discovered, his skills, what I liked about Scott was that he didnâ t try to up sell me any additional items, he asked what else I might need, like any plumbing service he could provide. Like many other homeowners, I am always leery about contractors trying to up sell projects. The end result of Connor and his crew, Scott and Ryan, was a very happy customer. I will be definitely be recommending ECO Electic and Plumbing to my friends and family."
