The owner said it does not matter whether it is a commercial or residential job, big or little - and our s was little, but we needed it finished so we could proceed with the project we were doing - and they still got us in the schedule. One of the companies came out to quote and said they would send back quote that afternoon; never heard from them again. Another one said to text him, and we never heard from them again, either.
