He measured, showed us the most popular products, helped us chose the right color and style and we had the carpet installed all within 48 hours. I called to ask a few questions the morning of installation and Jennifer assisted me. She was able to put my mind at ease and assured me they would take the old carpet and haul it away at no extra charge.
