"I had Toledo Contracting reroof both my garage with new shingle roofing area of about 334 Sq. Ft. and my attached man cave with rubber roofing about 415 sq. ft. The first worker showed up at 6:50 am and immediately set up a ladder and sized up the job. 10 minutes later a crew of six showed up and immediately started stripping the old covering off. Cleaning and repairing some old damage. Then began installing the new roof. One half the crew working on the rubber roof and the other half installing new shingles. Very efficient working together. I had 3 estimates for doing the job. Toledo was the most reasonable and had a good reputation. The cleanup of the finished job was completed with raking and cleaning the debris in my yard. When the job was finished and the whole crew left, it was 2;30 pm. No time wasted but a very thorough job as I was able to observe them for the whole time.
