"We had a problem with the faucet in our bathtub that was leaking water so we called a plumber out that we’ve used in the past. And he quoted us $1200 to fix the problem. So, we decided to get another opinion and was referred to Hugo with Fast Repipe and Plumbing in San Jose. One of the things that we liked about Hugo is he was an excellent communicator. He asked good questions and listened carefully to our answers. He then took apart the faucet and described the repair process and any potential problems that might arise to getting the plumbing repaired. Fortunately, Hugo was able to make the leak repair. Hugo is a good guy. He’s easy to deal with. He’s an excellent communicator and we highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs. We will call Hugo again if we need any plumbing work done in the future."

(Two sump pumps were working; they did not need repairs.) 1) Cut and replaced two broken pipes; installed new valves 2) New float sensors installed and set to auto-start the sump pumps 3) long outflow pine, connecting to city's water drainage system, was cleaned using long snake and high pressure water pump combination. 4) successful final test with water filled in water chamber and sump pumps working 5) JPC gave warranty for work done and signed up for once-a-year annual maintenance visit in October."
