"Devin the owner inspected our roof for possible damage, filed a claim for us and it was accepted by our insurance company. His company scheduled a start date and began work. The weather was extremely hot but his workers showed up at dawn and worked tirelessly till dusk each day until done. They were very courteous and considerate as well as conscientious. They completed 31 units in only 8 days. Everything was done as proposed. Any exceptions or questions were immediately handled to perfect conclusion by Devin and his company. Very professional in all ways. Cleanup was done as quickly and thoroughly as allowed by progress. "I was looking for someone to roof at my father-in-law s condo, prior to listing it for sale. Everyone I d talked to and gotten estimates from told me I needed a foam roof. We live in Minnesota, so were handling things long distance. I have a friend who does work in Minnesota through Home Advisor, and decided to solicit some prices there. In-Ex reached out to me one evening, and I decided to have them give me an estimate. After they visited the site, the informed me that another option would be a roll-down roof, which would still come with a transferable warranty, although would likely not last as long as the foam roof. I asked for quotes doing it both ways and BOTH prices were less than the two quotes I d previously gotten. In the end, we ended up doing a spray foam roof, to avoid problems during inspections prior to sale based on experience of In-Ex on previous jobs. I ve been extremely happy with the professionalism shown by this organization from start to finish ( roof was done on time, as promised). They are wonderful at providing communication every step of the way, and with us in Minnesota, that was much appreciated!"

"George provided the most comprehensive analysis of the roofing issue that was causing a small ceiling leak in one room. Where other vendors merely did a visual scan of the roof area in question from a position on a ladder, George got ON the roof, found a chipped tile, and removed several tiles to assess the extent of damage. He provided a good summary of what he believed needed to be done and, unlike the other vendors, did NOT try to sell me on replacing the entire roof "just in case" other problems arise due to the age of the roof (about 20 yrs.) Work was completed as scheduled and in budget. All staff was friendly and efficient."
