He returned my initial call for an estimate, he showed up, answered all my questions and gave me a very fair price for the job. He confirmed with me the night before the job so I didnà ¢à  à  t worry about him showing up. The day of the appointment he was caught in traffic and texted me he was running late and why. He showed up with his brother and did a great job on my roof, cleaned everything up and my roof looks new. My insurance company was very pleased with the results as was I. Took photos before and after to show what they did. Noticed broken gutters (I was aware of this issue, but had forgotten about it). Offered to repair those and I accepted. One was loose the other dislodged from snow and ice last winter. Repaired/replaced as needed-again reasonable price and they were already here! Very friendly, great customer service."
