"They were the most competitive with their diagnostic fee. After we decided to move forward with Victor repairing our kitchen vent hood the diagnostic fee was waived. I loved how they were never pushy. Our kitchen vent hood motor was powering, but the fan was not spinning. So Victor recommended we could have either replaced a motor or replace the entire unit. We opted to just replace the motor because everything else was working. They were professional, respectful, and clean. Highly recommend."
