"Our garage door broke before, and we had it repaired by another company for less money. However! 6 weeks later it came off the track again, just like before. This time we hired Garage Door Champions. They came by hours within our call, fixed the garage door (quite expensive exercise) and then gave us a five-year guarantee that it would not happen again, or they would repair it for free. Now that is what I call excellent customer service!"

"What a great company. I called them at 8am and was able to get an appointment the same morning. they gave me a window of between 10am and noon. My technician Jack H was at my door at exactly 10am. Jack was wonderful. The job I had was routine Preventive maintenance. Jack gave the door a complete safety check and did find a few items that needed attention. He repaired the door quickly and efficiently. I truly feel that this is a 5 STAR company and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends."
