"I had the crawl space on my 1946 house encapsulated (+ lots of foundation repairs/structural improvements) in Dec 2021. The FSM crew exceeded my expectations. Crew leader (Anthony B) and his team (Jordan F, Tim Q) were professional, friendly, organized, knowledgeable. They worked hard from 8am-6pm with one short break. They cleaned up perfectly, informed me in detail of everything they were doing, were patient with my numerous questions. I would recommend FSM, and especially this crew, without reservations."

"I was completely satisfied with my experience with E.L. Aprea Services for replacement of our gas water heater. Upon contacting Fernando the day after Christmas, he quoted me quickly and accurately and scheduled replacement first thing the next morning. Both of the installers he sent were extremely courteous and efficient, working together to overcome obstacles they encountered such as clogged drains and not trying to take advantage of such situations as other companies might do. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to others and look forward to using them again when the opportunity arises."

"Well, after I was provided a huge estimate and false information about what needed to be done by a private family owned company that I have used for about 18 years, I was very frustrated and felt that I was being price gouged. I then sought Home Advisor, and was provided a list of pros. I first called the recommended company on the list, but wasn't happy with the information provided. Next, I called Waterworks, and they were very friendly and honest. I talked with Becky and explained my problem. She explained that if it wasn't an emergency, and if I was flexible, (which it wasn't because I had another full bath, and I could be flexible), that they would place me on the wait list and if they were in my area they will call and come by and there wouldnât be a service fee. I placed myself on the wait list and they called, and came out, and I first worked with Jamie. He review my problem and explained that I didn't need all that was told by other's that I had talked with previously. Jamie couldn't do the work, initially, but told me what was needed and encouraged me to call the office again schedule an appointment. I did, and this time David came out, very friendly, funny and confirmed what Jamie and also said. David fix my problem and now my bath/shower faucets work better than ever. I feel that Water Work is my plumbing company for life. They didn't try and take me, but truly told me what needed to be done. Folks this is the real deal. I'm so happy! Continue to do good and thanks so much for your service."

"We hired another company to install two new shut off valves in our basement. Our house is very old and actually has lead pipes coming into the house. The original plumber installed the valves and left without the water being turned back on. When it finally was turned on, there was a small leak in the compression fitting to the main line. So, we called Slades to come fix the problem. John was upfront about his service call pricing and hourly rate, and I found both to be completely reasonable. The best part of my interaction with Slades, however, is that I no longer have to worry about the problem. While my original plumber (a company that touted their decades of experience) had every excuse as to why the job could not be done properly, John simply solved the problem. Here is my highest form of praise: If I ever have another plumbing problem that I can't fix, I'm calling Slades."
