"Excellent customer service by Lisa & Christine. After explaining the problem I was having with my Kenmore washer the Initial call fee was explained. After I accepted my appointment was set. I was called the day before the scheduled appointment to confirm expected time window and called again when repair tech was on the way. Bruce the repair tech arrived as expected and was was quick, efficient and courteous. He explained what part was needed to fix the problem. He explained the part would have to be ordered, gave me the total price for the job and after I excepted the quote he collected 1/2 of the fee as required. I explained I really needed the repair done ASAP as I would be leaving on a trip shortly. He explained that they would try their best to accommodate my request. After he left, I received a call within a couple of hours to schedule the actual repair as I was told they would have the part for me and could do the repair in three days. As previous the appointment was set, I was called when tech was on his way. Bruce did the repair quick and efficient, collected the balance owed. He also left me a grip-it jar opener which I like to use and applied a contact label to my washer along with an info/contact flyer for Hartman Apliance Repair. I will use Hartman Appliance Repair again and also recommend them as I am very satisfied."
